hi all this is the roster as of the above date. the roster has been converted to a google calendar click the month view for best results. If you would like to add or change your dates, please comment below. / I will update the roster, write a comment under yours and renumber the roster. It is still shown below, for now (but I will remove shortly) Please note, due to formatting, I can only show the two shifts in order 10-2 and 2-6. they are separated by a comma, eg (10-2) fred, (2-6) junior If there are two people for the same shift, I will show it as eg rob/shaun This is a volunteer basis, so firstly, let me say a big thank you for all those who have offered their time. When you are there, you get to represent a lot of artists, who may one day, due to our collective efforts, may not have to do that day job as much!!! ( wouldn’t we all love that!) The aim is that we all help out and by giving time, we gain an enjoyable experience and share our art with the public who may also purchase the art. Bearing this in mind, please remember your afternoon arrival may be gladly awaited by the morning person who has other things on. Or, that keen early morning shopper may be waiting for you to arrive at 10am-there are lots of those at this time of year! We all appreciate your efforts to keep the commitments made. If changes occur, please notify someone who can replace you (and let me know) asap. I’m sure you all do the best you can, and together, as we’ve already seen, we can make amazing things happen. hi all the roster is now a google calendar and best read in the ‘month’ format. It can be accessed by Sara L, Sarah M and myself. It is the easiest way we could think of (ie thanks Sara L for setting it up!) Please let me know if you have any questions about it. It is currently up to date, and there are opportunities to come spend time there, if you wish. merry Christmas all! / xsunset

Hi all The time has come to talk (and act) on the roster. (see google calendar and best read in the ‘month’ format.) / wednesday has been filled-thanks kristin and lee. sat 12th has been filled *I’m having trouble accessing the calendar while I’m on holidays. Apologies for those who have offered and can’t see it on screen. Steve has been filling a lot of blank spaces, but also needs money coming in to cover gallery expenses. The roster only goes to jan the 8th at this stage-and suddenly, it is upon us. Please let me know asap if you can fill any of the spaces available.
