The White Rose
Having put my back out a few days ago, its been hard for me to get round, so out come the Omax Close Up Lenses to do a bit of macro work indoors. / After watering the Miniature Roses, and giving them a ‘Shower’, I couldn’t resist getting a couple of shots. / For a slightly different view, I attached my ‘Fish Eye’ on as well. Hope you like it. / Thanks for looking. Best Viewed Large.

My last work of art created in 2008. This piece is about wholeness and integrating the dark parts of ourselves into the light of oneness in Christ. It is finished! Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. ~Romans 12:21 Photomanipulation created in Photoshop CS2. Some more of these wonderful velvety roses, greatest roses ever I swear. I adjusted the white balances when I shot this to give it a more bluish tone. Taken indoors with flash and with a sigma 105 mm macro lens. Enjoy!

Last Rose today promise just that this one is so unusual- grown by a friend of mine- it reminds me of the bridal dress every little girl dreams of- this pure white frilly layerd bloom has a green centre to it that I have never seen before-! Taken with a Fuji A600 Finepix Digital Camera
Model: Khela / Styling: Brooke / Makeup: Rhianon Ellis / Hair: Nicole and Rhianon / Assisting: Adam Comments are appreciated! Natural light in bathroom. The bathroom was very very disgusting and dirty, so it was a challenge to shoot in!
With this image I experimented with two photos by cutting out two roses from the two different photos and I merged them together. With my special effect brushes, basic brushes and cloud brushes, I gently blended them into a soft and sweet theme. I altered the colors (filter forge) and sharpened the image (filter gallery). I added a tree on the left (photoshop brush) and added some birds (photoshop brushes) flying in their sky. I love the way this one came out too. Now I want to take all kinds of pictures of flowers and make images like these. It makes a beautiful romantic card or you could use it in any way you wish!
