  • This textured and multi-layered abstract using bark is a good piece to project what you see in this vividly colored photograph. I often suggest images, but I thought this piece lended itself to your creative imagination and projections that like a Rorschach can elicit unconscious material. Like the 10 inkblots on a Rorschach, if you project images on 10 pieces, I can offer you feedback. A brief description of my experience using the Rorschach as a projective test is included in my biography. It also helps to tell a story about what you see. This piece shows best when viewed in the larger format. /

  • I’m the newest fan of the watchmen. It’s amazing how some things go by unnoticed. Then one day you stumble across them and discover how freaking awesome they are. In celebration i made myself a shirt to wear with a quote from Rorschach. “Watchmen are over. What do you suggest we do about it?” / “Retribution.” If you are looking for a shirt to buy, i would recommend one made by someone who actually has talent such as this guy. Or a better version of the plain silhouette here. Watchmen 2009 movie trailer. Info about the movie on IMDB. Thanks for stopping by.

  • What do you see?

  • Rorschach’s Journal / October 12th 1985 / Dog carcass in alley this morning, tire tread on burst stomach. This city is afraid of me. I have seen its true face. The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout “Save us!”... and I’ll look down and whisper “No.” Great Comic, Good Movie

  • Enjoy! _

  • This pose should look familiar, especially if you like The Dark Knight. This pose was taken from the poster including the joker, harvey dent and batman. I thought this pose would look great with Rorschach and The Comedian’s pin. Hope you love it, because I do. ♥

  • It’s based on one of those ink blot things.. and my current contempt for working in an office. You feelin me?

  • Isn’t this the best?! Adolf Hitler was enraged at the great popularity of those foreign movies, and was most angry when he was told that members of the Nazi party would sometimes come to assemblies with Mickey Mouse pins on their lapels. Anyway, this is where this statement led me…hope you enjoy! —-—-—-—-—-—-—-- The Rorschach inkblot test is a method of psychological evaluation in which subjects’ perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using, depending on the psychologist, intuitive insight, complex scientifically derived algorithms, or both. Some psychologists use this test to try to examine the personality characteristics and emotional functioning of their patients. It has been employed in diagnosing underlying thought disorder and differentiating psychotic from nonpsychotic thinking in cases where the patient is reluctant to admit openly to psychotic thinking. / source This test was created by German psychologist Hermann Rorschach in 1921. —-—-—-—-—-—-——- After Hitler’s takeover in 1933, Mickey Mouse initially remained on the German scene; but in 1941, when war was declared on the USA, he was banned in Germany. Hitler actually enjoyed Disney’s shorts. However, when he saw the 1929 Mickey Mouse cartoon, The Barnyard Battle, his opinion quickly changed. The short depicted World War I German soldiers as feline foils for Mickey. This could have been a reason that eventual lead towards the character being banned from Nazi Germany. / source detail: /
