  • This is something I took one evening after a snowfall.

  • This is one of several photos I took of Pikes Peak mountain, the mountain that inspired Katherine Lee Bates to write “America the Beautiful”, taken from my home town of Colorado Springs, Colorado. This has always been my favorite mountain, over 14,000 feet above sea level, to hike. Image taken from Garden of the Gods.

  • During the winter time many low pressure weather systems pass over the North Devon area. These weather systems can cause a big swell which sends powerful waves crashing into the rocks and cliffs. This photograph was taken at Grunta Beach, Mortehoe. Mortehoe is a couple of miles from Woolacombe which is a favourite destination for surfers and holiday makers.

  • The cold and winter sky and ocean is a great photographic subject, very dramatic.

  • Mountains at lenzerheide in winter. View from Rothorn, Lenzerheide, Graubuenden, Switzerland

  • Colorado’s famous Red Rocks Park near Morrison Colorado just after a February blizzard. This image won Denver’s Fox 31 News “Colorado Landmarks” photo contest.

  • Yosemite Valley during a Winter storm as seen from the tunnel view.

  • Shropshire Winter, Low Light Evening Sunset image of the Shropshire Plain on a snowy evening. This landscape photograph shows the amazing colours you can get on a long winters evening in the English countryside.

  • I find my hometown to be beautiful in every season – I took this one last January.

  • Looking across Loch Achray, Scotland. I took a whole bunch of shots from this spot. This is the only one in which the reflection was so clear.

  • The ‘Beach Shop’ at Galway Bay, Salthill (West of Ireland) .....well it’s a lifeguard hut now but it will always be the beach shop to me….The Atlantic ocean with the Clare hills faintly visible in the distance. / Photo taken on 22nd April at 16:42, 2009 on a wild and windy day. Such a beautiful place to be…. full of the fresh atlantic sea air…a brisk walk on the promenade here at Salthill builds up a great appetite and makes one feel totally invigorated. Photography from Ireland. / Camera: Canon IXUS 800 IS Example of a Greeting Card(all greeting cards blank inside): / Example of a Framed Print: /

  • A thick covering of white snow conceals the dangerous footing of a steeply sloping field of sharp, jagged talus which ‘flows’ downhill from a jagged mountain peak in what is known as a rock glacier. As a contrast, this same rock glacier can be seen in summer months here Captured in Kananaskis Country in the Canadian Rockies of Alberta, Canada. Taken with a Canon Rebel XSi using an 18-55mm lens.

  • This is the ruins of Rockwood Hall. I can only assume this is part of the original structures outer wall. I can imagine flamboyant, extravagant parties with beautiful colors. Music emerging from the buildings windows and echoing over the nearby Hudson River while ladies fan themselves and chit chat with gentleman in the courtyard. It’s all silent now but thanks to imagination I can still recreate the scene. 2009-2010.

  • Photographs through the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina
