These rocks are actually grey granite, the orange/red colouration is caused by a particular lichen. They can be seen on lots of Tasmanian beaches, however these ones are part of the local scenery at the Bay of Fires Consevation Area. / Taken on a Nikon D300 with a Nikkor 18-135mm lens.

Found this beautiful stream on the walk up to The Marakoopa Cave, in the The Mole Creek Karst National Park, north/west Tasmania, Australia. This comes straight out of the cave, and is icy cold!
