I base all my drawings on menu items from my restaurants (Life Cafes Manhattan and Bushwick) in New York. Then I make weekly picture riddles out of them that the patrons rack their brains over trying to work out the answer. The title of this illustration made me think of something that fitted with the description. Dry pastel on Canson black pastel paper.

This is the last piece of the series and the best actually. It was a quick and fun painting. It’s about 24X36 I believe and is oil on canvas. The painting has a lot more reds that what the photograph is showing. So, right now it’s look a bit on the yellow side but in life it’s peachy. :) Original is for sale! $300, email me rayvenjcollins@yahoo.com
