The light is where you choose to see it… The original “path” was far from luminous with hope. It was scary and creepy. I chose to see my path in a different way, and now I can look towards light and joy.
Mock horror. A demon road block perhaps. They are out to get you so just don’t go their way. From nightmares coming to you.
I WALKED AROUND A CORNER AND SAW THESE MEN WERE STANDING AROUND BESIDE THIS WALL. IT LOOKED ALMOST SURREAL, TOOK A VERY FAST PICTURE TO CAPTURE THE MOMENT. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING ! NIKON F2 35MM F2 LENS ILFORD HP5
Yellow Brick Road. I love hearing what people see in this painting!
so… something different :) / —-—-—-—-—-—- / somewhere different… / where nature is spilled from the bottle… / where man-made things are unable to contain it… / where my mind likes to roam :) / -—-—-——- / created in ps
Multi piece done during various teenage confusions. Should be considered surrealism.

The shadow road runs from the city of Grantis across the Sea of Dreams to the fantasy world of Xanadu. It must be travelled when Andromeda is in the East. Once the road is gone all who are upon her vanish in the sea. At least thats what the legends say!!
This was taken At Alton water, Near tattingstone, Suffolk. Canon 30D, Using an R72 hoya IR filter and then switched the red channel for green in PS. no other editing.

There is a road, a one way street to all of us in life. Straight or curved, aim to the light or hiden by shadows, you must step on it and go on. Tao. Your way. About technics used: it is a montage of 2 pictures, a cutout of a contrasted (100%) horse figure inserted to the pic. In PS CS3 I’ve used some vignetting (darkblue, slight). The road in the basic picture was modified at the end, cloned and cut to look as it is going straight to the light. This light is nothing more but lighting soft brush handled with ease, fading inside to outside, corrected with history brush then. Where the “sun” meets earth, the grass is lightened also. / Shading was made to mistify the land, using shadow brush, also on the sky just intuitively. Btw, the clouds are original, no modification there. / One building was deleted at the right of a road by cloning, it did not fit to lonely concept. Sorry for my english, not so good.) Hope you accept now.
The road running from Gar Toc to Granis Gor traverses the badlands of Greenor, there’s about a 250 mile stretch of road that seems to get landslides and quakes every couple of days and its a very lonely road. / So its always best to have antigrav jets installed on whatever mode of transport you choose, because sometimes you need to take short hops over the debris.I’ve run across more than one pilgrim stuck out here for 2-3 weeks waiting for help. But it still it as to be one of the greatest night drives in the system, what with the rising moon, set against the Starlight Nebula

You must be able to walk firmly on the ground before you start walking on a tightrope.” / Henri Matisse “Man learns through experience, and the spiritual path is full of different kinds of experiences. A quiet, Texas Hill Country road gets the cold shoulder.
Digital art of a long deserted highway with dawning beams of light in the sky. One of two pieces in the series..
I love shooting from intense shade into the intense light of a low setting sun, or rising sun. To me this lighting takes a simple scene like this plain country road, and gate, and turn it into a beautiful work of golden art. This photo is straight from my camera, and I added a canvas layer. / I am always looking for that striking light, and then its…... Lights, Camera, and Action! One thing that really helped bring out these gold tones too, was the dust from the car in front of me capturing the light of the sun. / NW Arkansas USA, country road.
“We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty.” / -Mother Teresa
