About an hour before sunrise on a winter trip down the Great Ocean road. The pre-dawn glow and moonlight illuminates a now some what more crumbled Victorian icon.

Stormy weather and sunlight over the Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road
Early morning by the beach. My profile / / /
This was captured after a rain storm, while we were on holidays at Lorne. The sky lit up as though it was on fire, with the clouds reflecting the late afternoon sun and the resulting water lying on the pier also mirrored the sky and the couta boat, docked there.

Carved By Nature’s Wrath / The 12 Apostles, Victoria Following a day of torrential rain and gale force winds, the sun shone momentarily, lighting up the moody sky, before plunging the rugged coastline into complete darkness. As night falls, a solitary waterfall is all that remains of the passing storms, returning the much needed rain to the swollen seas of the shipwreck coast. Strange how the image I intend to make is never the final result. But I’m usually happier when that happens… Endless Silence by ATB ....Stock Credits…. / Sky / Model / Stock copyrights remain the property of their respective owners.
