I really loved the rock face and it’s intense colour and texture so I had to share! This was taken near the Mornington Pier during a sunset.

While in Rhosili, Wales I took a few shots of the coast. There are quite a few shots from this series. Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 24mm, f/16, 1/100 sec, ISO 100. ND4 + ND9 Filters, plus my camera and tripod, I left my bicycle up on the headland. A vast amount of dust and scratches removed in photoshop. Eleven is cool, but this one got the twelfth! All objects were created using Incendia and then blended and merged with Redfield’s Water Ripples, layering upon layering to give the sense of Rosie the Octopus emerging from deep under the water…. to give this rose to you! I worked on this one all week and then, when finally trying to save… well.. I ended up with 67 megapixel blue screen!! So… alas had to try try again… lol! (I’m thinking that trying to do a thirteenth rose might not be a very good idea…..)
