“Consequences”, the signature piece from the Genetic Bill of Rights Painting Series by Mariam Muradian & C.C. Arshagra. The artist was rapidly losing her sight throughout the painting of the entire series; this one signature piece was painted by Mariam Muradian when she was blind (a side effect suffered from a medication given to assist her heart). The Genetic Bill of Rights was drafted in 2000 by The Council for Responsible Genetics and GeneWatch, yet most people do not even now that it exists. Ok getting this shot was difficult. This Rufous Hummer was so fast that I would get the hummer in great, but no Lily, then I would get the lily but the hummer was already gone. So I took the best of each and using apply image in photoshop and blending modes, I put them together. All of this was taken through my kitchen window and yes I already had my coffee and I still wasn’t quick enough! Thanks for viewing and commenting! Image taken in Shady Cove, Oregon
