The last, the brightest, and, possibly, the best of my works inspired by The Big Ballet. No, it’s not a copy of a photo that’s been manipulated. In fact, my version is smaller, more asian looking, and not as facially pretty as the ones I saw pictures of.

While on Holiday in September 2008 I saw this runner on the beach, and took a few shots. This was one of the better ones. / /
I couldn’t get my point and shoot to get as close as I wanted so I photoshopped the image- i took the original and expanded the picture out of the frame- basically cropping it. I also bumped up color and contrast.
Radio London History / The UK had no radio to speak of prior to 1964. Offshore, or “pirate”, stations began broadcasting from ships and forts in the North Sea. These stations played a massive part in the 1960’s culture. People have never forgotten Radio London because in 1964, it brought listeners something they never heard before – American format radio and jingles. Some dear friends of mine in Colorado have a band called Radio London and they have just launched a website with their music, history and scheduling for future music endeavors. Their Vintage Rock sound with a touch of R&B is quite a dancing combination, this T-shirt design is their logo and all sales proceeds will go to them! Image taken by Michael Ocana and edited by the fair Marsha McLaren aka mwmclaren although she’s a bit shy and kind of new to RB ;) Radio London is Joe, Danny, Dave, Jessie, Justin and Thomas
Part of my challenge to make a piece of artwork everyday for a year – Project 365artwork A simple grid is created and blocks of colour filled in based on feelings of emotional response to those colours, rhythm and time. I manipulated the image in photoshop with various effects and cut the image up to give layers moving at different speeds. City lights from the city that never sleeps, New York. Taken on a recent trip, ironically the inspiration was my taking my glasses off for a second and looking down the street. I’m fairly near sighted and this was what I saw. I realized I could get the same effect on manual focus and throwing everything out of focus. After seeing this, I felt like it was a natural for a dark t-shirt design.
It’s the longest English word without a vowel.
