Photographic based digital montage, 2007 (no 2 from series of 3 re-worked). Shot two seperate models & P/S combined them. I also draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, the body, the dress, added a fringe to the face, hid the eyes, made the features more angular, blew up the lips, created cheekbones, reworked the branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended the chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated the lot & added a sepia tone. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers.
P/S Retouched by Ange in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl. Digital photograph shot by Greg Parsons in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl, 2007. Models: Liz, Greg Parsons. I retouched face, hair & recreated arched eyebrows for further definition; left eye was ‘opened’ up to match right eye (in the original shot she appears half asleep). Ingrid added b/w desaturated tone, painted lips, corset bodice lace & sheet in red tone. Original shot below.
P/S retouched by Ange. Digital photograph shot by Allanah Poole in collaboration with Greg Parsons, 2007. Model: Misa. I retouched & airbrushed face, brightened eye, defined eyebrow, enhanced cheekbone/lips/nails, lengthened the body & added desaturated sepia tone. Original shot below.
P/S Retouched by Ange. Digital photograph shot by Jerry Kang in Surry Hills, Sydney, 2007. Model: J.Y. I retouched the eyes (creating deepset cat eyed effect), enhanced lips, defined eyebrows, enhanced cheekbones, airbrushed face & lengthened body. Extended foreground of shot by retouching (the existing foreground) as it was taken tightly cropped to the foot. Added b/w desaturated tone & curve adjustment. Original shot below.
A photo of a new model friend of mine that has an illness…wanted to create a super-special image of her as a cheer up. The spelling on Barroness is intentional, a play on her name. All proceeds of any sales go to the help-me-get-much-needed-equipment fund. Donations are welcome! :)
Digital Photograph/Photoshop Composite by Ange, 2007. Took the shot myself & it’s P/S retouched, airbrushed, colour oversaturated with a layer set of 10 different eye effects. Original shot below.
P/S Retouched by Ange. Digital photos shot/styled by Alex Viscontini, 2008. Model: Roberta. P/S combined two shots (originals below which lacked edge on their own) to create one finished image. Model wasn’t appropriate for the shoot making it difficult for Alex to achieve what he had in mind. I retouched/airbrushed face/body, emphasised eyes, arched eyebrows, closed lips & enlarged them, minimised jawline, lengthened body/legs, re-worked hair/background elements, changed overall body perspective & added a magenta selective colour layer adjustment.
Aartist asked my if I could edit some pics of her for her portfolio she wanted something a little different from the norm, this is what I came up with. origional /

Large View Recommended. Not my usual fare… I was out hiking along the East Coast Trail near Quidi Vidi Lake when I looked up and saw a LOT of gulls getting out of dodge a hurry, so I spun and quickly snapped a shot. 20 seconds later a coast guard helicopter goes soaring on by… no wonder those gulls were in a rush! Photo taken roughly here. :P Heavily edited, processed, straightened, retouched, manipulated, kicked, and tortured. Also a light Orton effect. I like it anyway. RB’s compression and optimization does NOT reproduce a lot of muted greys well. There are no compression jaggles in the original RAW or JPEG.
I have been colouring old black and white images using Photoshop trying to get a hand tinted look to old images. Take a look at the old black and white photo in my gallery that I used as a starting point to practice painting. I used multiple color mode layers for each colour and a pale complimentary colour palette. PLEASE NOTE: The ORIGINAL black and white photo is from the Library of Congress collection and has no known restrictions on its use. I hand coloured it in Photoshop. Please see the original black and white image in my gallery for before and after colourizing for comparison. Featured in People and Portraiture

I played around with the grass of the everglades to be able to have something of the essence i feel when i see that grass running for miles and miles.. this place breathes Goids Glory in the whispers of this gras.. and I feel compleed to give God the glory.. I hope you enjoy . The Everglades are a subtropical wetland located in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Florida, comprising the southern half of a large watershed. The system begins near Orlando with the Kissimmee River, which discharges into the vast but shallow Lake Okeechobee. Water leaving the lake in the wet season forms a slow-moving river 60 miles (97 km) wide and over 100 miles (160 km) long, flowing southward across a limestone shelf to Florida Bay at the southern end of the state. The ever-changing Everglades are shaped by water and fire, with frequent flooding in the wet season and drought in the dry season. Environmental activist Marjory Stoneman Douglas popularized the term “River of Grass” to describe the sawgrass marshes, part of a complex system of interdependent ecosystems that include cypress swamps, the estuarine mangrove forests of the Ten Thousand Islands, tropical hardwood hammocks, pine rockland, and the marine environment of Florida Bay.

There is no end to learn. Every day we have a new opportunity for it. Those who follow the path, reach on their destination, those who don’t found their life wrapped in the ignorance. The desire of mankind to reach the skies originate from LEARNING. This water lily was presented earlier, but my temptation never ended. Now, presenting its new form with the reflection of state of enlightened mind, touched with the PURITY and SOFTNESS. Hope you’ll like :)
