  • Restoring Eve
    by StacyLee

    US$4.28–US$114.00

God is the author of restoration. I believe God wants to restore Eve and Adam from their fallen states and bring them LIFE so that they may have life and have it abundantly. I know this is true because God is restoring me now at this point in my life! In the words of Jesus: “The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy; but I come so that they may have LIFE, and have it abundantly!” John 10:10 What joy we can have in this promise! :)

  • I’ll keep on driving so we can talk a while / I know I could drive all night just to stay here with you / At the end of the night we’ll embrace and stare at the star filled night / Would it be alright if we didnt say goodbye this time? I’ll wait and wonder when our next time will be / I’ll see you next week, hopefully / I wish it were sooner / At the end of my trip we’ll embrace and stare at the star filled night / Would it be alright if we didn’t say goodbye this time? Every time we’re away I feel a distance I can’t take / Watching you drive away, oh it kills me I’ll be alright / Have no worries / I’m just a bit over anxious / And maybe a little impatient / At the end of the night next time after we look at the star filled night / Can we escape to a far away land where we will forever remain.. / Living as one and walking hand in hand

Dear One, thank you for choosing this piece, I like it very very much and with your words I feel it has found a Home. • This was a great day. / I had collected a lot of information and proceeded to sign a treaty with my mind allowing me access to the resources of the wasps. / Wasps do all the maintenance and construction work in my mind and they can be called on to deal with any nasty threats that encroach on my beloved machine. They’re a powerful workforce and I had been granted the use of them, after submitting my designs for careful scrutineering. / First we had to build a giant deck so we weren’t working where the problems were. Then a big Science and Technology building went up. Its the one with the flag showing a microscope. (I had a microscope when I was a kid.) / All that was needed then was someplace for the wasps to go on break, a few admin buildings and a giant dredger with which to haul up bits of mind. These could then be processed and healed in the S&T wing and put back. / Things are well underway here and the success of the project was off the scale I had set for it. Copyright © 2008 Simon Deevy. • Green's Windmill 2
    by Lensman2008

    US$3.56–US$29.69

Our fair city, must be one of very few in the UK that can boast a working windmill. Although there are several dotted around the country, few can be said to be working examples, but this one actually stands within the city boundary. / I took this shot only yesterday, Monday 6th October 2008 with my ever-ready Samsung v700, set to ISO 50, which probably accounts for the good resolution. / This mill was restored some 20-odd years ago to full working order, and is still grinding wheat to this day. One can actually buy the flour for bread-making. Now, tell me: who can resist the smell of warm, fresh, newly-baked bread?.

  • Ballet-Colourized
    by Helen Chierego

    US$4.28–US$114.00

I have been colouring old black and white images using Photoshop trying to get a hand tinted look to old images. Take a look at the old black and white photo in my gallery that I used as a starting point to practice painting. I used multiple color mode layers for each colour and a pale complimentary colour palette. PLEASE NOTE: The ORIGINAL black and white photo is from the Library of Congress collection and has no known restrictions on its use. I hand coloured it in Photoshop. Please see the original black and white image in my gallery for before and after colourizing for comparison.

  • Tending the Line I
    by Wesley Picotte

    US$3.42–US$91.20

I happened across these snow formations while following a coyote’s trail in the Mt Hood Wilderness Area. A stream gurgled beneath this surreal landscape of symmetrical banks and humps, and clearly this was an edge of the coyote’s home territory, so I’ve named the scene Tending the Line. All creeks and rivers flowing from the Mt Hood Wilderness are part of the Columbia River watershed. The Columbia was once a truly unique American river that supported the largest wild run of Chinook salmon in the world. Human encroachment has irrevocable altered the Columbia system but we can still save many other Oregon rivers that contain viable but threatened salmon habitat. To that end, all proceeds from the sale of my work are donated to Oregon Trout, a statewide conservation group working to restore freshwater health and habitat through innovation and education.
