Single dandelion seed umbrella with refracted image in waterdrop of golf ball.

This waterdroplet looks like a diamond or ice in the way the light is hitting it and reflecting off the tiny bubbles inside. I personally love the color of this one. Simmondsia vitra is closely related to the Jojoba shrub (Simmondsia chinensis), pronounced “ho-HO-bah”. Jojoba is native to the Sonoran and Mojave deserts of Arizona, California, and Mexico. Simmondsia vitra however is primarily found in arid urban environments and produces an extremely toxic, oily substance.
