/ . / Please view large photo to appreciate panorama fully / . / This is a panorama taken on the same night of my other photos “Luna Over Luna Park”, ““By Request””, and “Luna Harbours”. The photos were taken in quite quick succession. I attempted to combine the full moon, with the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Luna Park. You might be interested in viewing the other photos because one is in Portrait, two are in Landscape, and this one PANORAMA. It’s amazing how a similar subject can be photographed in slightly different ways, and produce different results. I will interested in knowing which of the four is you favourite !

Bald River Falls is located along the Tellico River which is a destination for both Trout fishing April- September and Kayaking in the spring and high water.There are numorous hiking trails also. by dinghysailor1Another view of Loch of the Lowes which lies in the beautiful scottish borders between Moffat and Selkirk. It flows into nearby St Mary’s loch (with its thriving sailing club) past old Tibbieshiels inn, hostelry and overnight stop for walkers on the southern upland way crossing Scotland. Overlooking the north end of the loch is a monument to James Hogg – the Scottish Poet known as the Etterick Shepherd, friend and contemporary of Sir Walter Scott. Taken 4/3/08 (untouched) with a fujifinepix A500 (there is a 2nd loch of the lowes further north in Perthshire, complete with osprey viewing centre – but you can see the wonderful fish eagle hunting here too if you are lucky!) / See also ‘loch of the lowes’ and ‘i am a rock’ ‘LoL’

“Clouds on the Water, Fire Near the Sky” / Purchase a Mouse Pad of this image I happened onto this gorgeous sunrise over the White River at a time when the water was at its lowest. I was delighted to catch the calm surface for reflections, as the low rising sun was casting its first orange glow over the autumn colors.

Sometimes, just sometimes reality can exceed all your expectations. The day had been a complete washout with a horrendous storm that seemed to go on forever. Then, just before sunset the storm broke to create one of the most colourful and amazing sunsets I have ever seen. Turned out I was in a great locations as well. Shot on the banks of Derwent Water near Keswick in the English Lake District. Finalist in the Landscape Photographer of the Year 2007

/ I was down at Okanagan beach this afternoon taking some photographs when I noticed the reflection of some tree tops with the light shining through them in this puddle. Thought it looked almost like the leaves in the puddle were falling onto the trees…..seemed kind of magical to me :)
