This image was taken @ Port Willunga at the remains of the old jetty. On a recent journey back to Port Willunga recently, I’d noticed that many of these posts had been burnt. A photograph/drawing with “home made P.S.” the only difference is that the objects were live, hand picked and hand applied. It was made with layers of nature, reflections and things around the house.Final step was under water.

You ask: (what holds the sky up under the wind so that we know what blue is and how it feels to lose the sun when the rain washes it away and makes us blue with all its splatters)... no I can’t explain it, for it is something we have to feel (so far away)... Fire and water don’t usually mix, but in this case they seem to flow wonderfully together. Caney Fork River at the Rock Island State Park, Tennessee. (P.S. This is not a sunset photo. The color in the reflection is from the autumn leaves. It’s a little blurry because the water was moving).
