I was just looking at my public profile page here on redbubble and was thinking about how I have changed since I had written about myself (I think i need to update it). Since I have been on redbubble I have come on leaps and bounds not just in my photography but also as a person, my confidence with life in general has grown. When i first came to rb I saw myself as just a housewife (not that there is anything wrong with that of course) who took pictures of her children and here I am less than a year later and I have put a book together, had 3 images accepted for a book on black and white photography and have just been accepted to do a degree in photography at my local university (I start in September). More importantly though I have made some wonderful (virtual) friends here who inspire me with their work and comments as well as several people who are pushing me forward ‘behind the scenes’ (ie bubblemail). So i just wanted to say a huge thank you to all those who have been a part of this and a huge thanks to those working hard behind the scenes at Redbubble – this is a great community to belong too. I would love to hear from you about what RB has done for you:) Thanks for reading.

Oil Pastel And Acrylic And Minor Digital Enhancements Concept: This is one of the many in Ophelia’s Love Encounters Series, it’s her experience of many facets of this wonderful thing called LOVE.. This is what she has to say about love today : “Love means being surrounded by redbubblers everyday.” Time rockets! Had some pockets of reflection and guess what…have been here on RB for 2 months already, I just entered my 3rd month :D Life on RB has been so enjoyable and enriching for me but I have one major regret. That is I should have joined much earlier. I remembered when I first joined this community, Fa assured me that this is the most vibrant online community that she has ever experienced and that I would enjoy my stay here…and of course, she’s right!! As I am staying in a foreign country(I’m a Singaporean living in Thailand) and working alone most of the times, RB has given me much support in terms of creative expression and a great pool of friends whom I know care for me. I wouldnt dare ask for more :D Truly grateful for all the friends whom I have made over these months,friends who have constantly provided feedback and comments to my work, both here and in my smile4me gallery, who have favorited my works and exchanged numerous bmails with..I owe my beautiful stay in RB to all of you! This little piece of artwork is me saying THANK YOU to all you beautiful people out there!! :D /

It’s exciting….it’s a feeling of accomplishment…and it’s an adventure to have shared my works with well over 20,000 people and counting!!! / It’s also an honor to me to be able to share my art and communicate with each of you. It’s wonderful to find commonalities in people and even friends in places like New Zealand, China, Australia, England, Ireland, Africa, The States and everywhere in-between! / Each of us and our forms of art are so different and unique and yet we are more alike than we might know. On our stage known as RedBubble we unite and create a much larger work of art…a living work of art! We have a beautiful community of people here who share a common thread of the love of words, lines, colors, thoughts, shapes, dreams and the passion for expression. The passion for art! I just want to let each of you know how much I have truly enjoyed meeting you all. You have all inspired me in a way that you will never ever truly even comprehend ! What an awesome bunch of folks out here ! My group is now well over 800 members, Live, Love, Dream…. I am deeply touched and honored, and just to put icing on the cake lol, My birthday is Friday! WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO Again! LOL I wasnt gonna tell, but Terri is gonna anyways, so I might as well tell it ! LOL I also, although its not a habit for me to lie, lol, was gonna say I was 29, and that probably wouldnt float too well, so then I thought, well, 39, lol, and then I saw on my home page it already says 39 year old lol, so I reckon the right thing to do is to be honest, Lordy Lordy look who is 40 ! ROFLOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I may cry all day Friday when the 3 changes to a 4, lol, but then again, I may just rejoice and thank God for yet another beautiful year ! Yeah, thats what I will do, and thank him for allowing me to share this past year with each and everyone of you! Its truly been my pleasure…........... I love yall…....... Wow, thanks to all of you photographers and artists that have come for a look. I’ve only been on here one and half months but I’ve had sales here and additional ones from directing people to this site. I also have three photo ‘shoots’ coming up so I’m very happy. This is a wonderful site and bar the bitching and jealousy issues (not of mine, of real artists), a great place to set yourself up comfortably and enjoy yourself. I havn’t had so many late nights since I was a teenager. Just last year you know. That’s right.

Everyone I just wanted you to know that the people behind / redbubble rock! I recently have experienced not just one but two lost shipments; I know this is just about unheard of….it was during the Christmas rush….I never received my second medium sized laminated print of my Orange Rose Heaven….I hope whoever received it is enjoying it…...to make a long story short: Redbubble stood behind me and reprinted and reshipped the order to arrive just intime for Christmas. My second loss was for myself: 20 of my cards to use as part of a display to promote my work….was shipped on Dec 21st…...never showed up and finally last night Redbubble has notified me that they will reprint and reship to me. I am delighted with the level of service that I have received from Redbubble (even with the two mishaps). I was beginning to get worried that my honesty and integrity were at stake here, but in the end, Redbubble came through and I am delighted! Thanks Redbubble.com!!!
