  • These make excellent birthday cards ! I am designing 12 images based around the months of the year and the old Celtic luna months. They will reflect the changing of the seasons and the ever turning wheel of the year, the magic and mystery attatched to each part of the cycle and any special festivals falling in those months. I hope you enjoy them as much as I am enjoying creating them :) Blessings Angie* “October – and the skies are cool and gray / O’er stubbles emptied of their latest sheaf, / Bare meadow, and the slowly falling leaf. / The dignity of woods in rich decay / Accords full well with this majestic grief / That clothes our solemn purple hills to-day, / Whose afternoon is hush’d, and wintry brief / Only a robin sings from any spray. And night sends up her pale cold moon, and spills / White mist around the hollows of the hills, / Phantoms of firth or lake; the peasant sees / His cot and stockyard, with the homestead trees, / Islanded; but no foolish terror thrills / His perfect harvesting; he sleeps at ease. “ William Allingham

  • I only discoverd the name of this area recently while trying to find out where Aldinga meets Willunga. Whites Valley is located between Aldinga & Willunga along Biscay Rd. Because of this I may have to re-name some of my images for there correct locations. / Not only dose this area have a lot of Vines growing , there seems to be a lot more Olive trees growing in the region. Up the road from this location is the town of Willunga also known for its Almonds. • As these leaves inched there way up the wall they provided the wall with a framing almost. The leaves were still a lovely green the effects of autumn only mildly visable with a hint of oranges and reds slowly creeping in. /

  • ’ Poison Ivy’ / Copyright Otilee Photography / Post: Otilee / Co-direction: Constance & Otilee / Concept / Styling / Wardrobe design: Constance / MUA: Constance / Hair: Otilee / Model: Christie ... bit of a different one for me. I don’t usually shoot where I don’t also have the creative control with the concept and wardrobe but Constance wanted to try out some crazy feather makeup action for her MUA portfolio and went nuts creating the high fashion ’ poison ivy’ concept around it. Talented minx that she is also designed and whipped up some outfits of hotness to dress our model with and I think she did a fabbbhulous job! :D

  • Summer is not too far away and this soup is a great way to consume that flood of tomatoes when you grow your own. Come to think of it, this tastes great anytime, so why wait? Cream of Tomato and Basil Soup 1 Onion / 4 Garlic Cloves / 1 Long Sweet Red Pepper / 12 Medium Size Tomatoes / 2 oz or 50g Butter / 250ml Chicken Stock / 75ml Double Cream / 1 Desert Spoon of Dried Basil / Some Fresh Basil / ¼ Tsp Ground White Pepper / 1 Level Tsp Sea Salt Peel and chop the garlic cloves and the onion. De-seed and chop the long sweet red pepper. Melt the butter in a large saucepan and add the onion, garlic and sweet red pepper. Cover and simmer gently stirring now and then until the onions are soft – about ten minutes. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half, splitting where the stalk was. Cut out a V to remove the hard stalk remnants and roughly chop the tomatoes. Add them to the other ingredients and bring everything back to a simmer. Add the dry basil, salt and pepper, cover, and let it all stew gently for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the chicken stock and simmer gently for another ten minutes. Remove from the heat and now blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser or with an electric hand blender. Return it to the saucepan, taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Stir in 50ml of double cream saving 25ml for presentation. Serve with some torn fresh basil leaves and a swirl of cream. Revel in the taste, consume luxuriously then relax for ten minutes. Take the dog for a walk.
