This is a simple composite of fall leaves. Both branches illustrate the autumn colors; however, I choose to have the gold trumping the red, in both order and focus. I hope that you find the colors pleasing. The feeling should be one of great maturity, and perhaps even a glorious ending.

I lived many years without a kitchen in the upstairs of our home. We built our home as we could. The Country Island buffet matched a table I had used in the basement kitchen. I was really into cooking at one time a lot, wanted to serve the public.

I peaked over the top of the lens. Not an easy task, considering I was alone. I have a few self portraits, but this is my favorite. I really captures my mischievousness.
The tribune Tower, was built as the home of the Oakland Tribune Newspaper and is the symbol of both the newspaper and the city of Oakland. / The tower was opened by Joseph R. Knowland in 1924. The building was declared a city landmark / on May 1976. / The Tribune was a solid Republican newspaper. / The tower was damaged in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and remained empty untill 1955. / The Oakland Tribune had to relocate to a new office in Jack London Square. / The tower was renovated in the late 1990 s. / to this date, it is occupied with condos and business offices. / The tribune’s parent company ANG Newspaper returned to the building after it reopened in 1999. / in late 2006, Protopappas entered negociations with Edward B. kislinger and the tower was sold to Kislinger for approximately $ 15 Millions Dollard. / The clock faces were restored and clean the late months of 2006. / With cleaner faces, the numbers were enlarged and redefined making them visible from several blocks. The Oakland Tribune moved to new office on Oak port St on May 2007. / This historical landmark Tower Clock building is worthseeing . It stands out against the beautiful blue sky. / Considered a close architectural replica of the Campanile located at the Basilica San Marco in Venice, The tribune Clock Tower is a great and imposing edifice with its 305 feet high. / The architectural style is a mix of Renaissance and Baroque . The facade was built with red bricks .
