We all need a Guardian Angel to watch over us The brown paper is from a large roll of kraft, slathered with white gesso (acrylic paint) and handdrawn in pencil, then black felt pen…then coloured with colour pencil, chalk pastel, charcoal, and blended well….. later on, the design has been cut out in photoshop and a few extras applied to finish off…. Prints and cards are available in this design also, and a children’s tee will soon be available through zazzle.

This is surrounded by the The MaHaBote system which is Burmese Astrology developed in ancient Burma. This is surrounded by the Lunar Cycle. Advocates of the movement seek to highlight the deeply rooted teachings of equality in the Quran and encourage a questioning of the patriarchal interpretation of Islamic teaching through the Quran (holy book), Hadith (sayings of Prophet Muhammad) and Sharia (Islamic law) towards the creation of a more equal and just society. In general, it can be categorized as one of the more liberal movements within Islam.

The vertical version of Contrasted Americana….I don’t know if i really had to explain that, but oh well…lol. It started out as this – – and was taken in IR with a Canon XSi. I started editing, Custom BW setting-adjusting contrast-colorizing-uncolorizing-re-colorizing(lol) and here we are! Oh yeah…..All editing was done using Photoshop CS3
