Rising Star This was taken on the same day like Waiting for the sunrise. I think only 20 minutes later. / It’s not the best view but I loved how the snow turned red during the sunrise. Only a few minutes and everything was over. It’s a single shot. I worked with the gradation curve, the contrast and the brightness. A fractal , I worked with and messed around with .. ha ha The truth is that the Earth is orbiting the Sun. It’s the Sun that’s motionless, and the Earth that’s moving around it. From our vantage point, it looks like the Sun is going around the Earth, because it’s actually the Earth that’s turning. The Earth rotates on its axis once every 24 hours, so that the Sun returns to the same position in the sky every day.
