  • Antelope Canyon
    by Christophe Testi

    US$6.98–US$159.60

Antelope Canyon is the most-visited and most-photographed slot canyon in the American Southwest. It is located on Navajo land near Page, Arizona. Antelope Canyon formed over the course of millions of years by erosion of the Navajo Sandstone, primarily due to flash flooding and secondarily due to wind erosion. Rainwater (especially during monsoon season) runs into the wash that Antelope Canyon is part of, picking up speed and sand as it rushes through the narrow passageways. Over time the passageways are eroded away, making the corridors wider and smoothing hard edges in such a way as to form characteristic ‘flowing’ shapes in the rock. Lower Antelope Canyon, called Hasdeztwazi, or “spiral rock arches” by the Navajo, is located a few kilometers away from the upper Antelope Canyon and is a more difficult hike. • Most Lovely Discovery
    by digitalmidge

    US$3.99–US$91.20

I was on a long walk today and shot a variety of pictures, but nothing was more wonderful than when I came upon a nice wooded area, and suddenly appeared these two lovely deer coming up from a ravine just below the snow line. I was stunned but managed to get a shot or two off before they turned and ran off!! ;-) Pure luck…

  • Silverspray Falls
    by Stephen Vecchiotti

    US$3.99–US$91.20

The gorgeous Silverspray Falls (also known as Hidden Falls) deep withim Tillman’s Ravine in Stokes State Forest Preserve of northwestern New Jersey. The afternoon I captured this, the falls were very powerful due to torrential spring rains that had been falling during the month of June. By mid-August they may be pretty much non-existent, depending on how dry the summer turms out to be. The hike itself is very treacherous, but very rewarding when you finally reach the falls. • Buttermilk Falls
    by Stephen Vecchiotti

    US$3.99–US$91.20

Actually after researching it, there are dozens and dozens of falls in the US that are named “Buttermilk Falls”. I guess it’s popular name for a waterfall. This particualr one, at the breathtaking Tillman’s Ravine area of Stokes State Forest Preserve in northwestern New Jersey, is a true sight to behold. The waterfalls themselves are a series of smaller falls cascading almost 90 feet down the side of Tillman’s Ravine which has become the favorite place of mine to shoot in northern NJ. This image was captured at the end of the day after a series of very strong spring storms occurred, so the flows were quite intense. Gear : Nikon D200 – Nikkor 12-24 f2.8 ED lens – Circular Polarizer – Manfrotto Tripod with cable release. Settings: 12mm – f22 at 30 seconds. All content & images © Stephen Vecchiotti. • Shades of Day
    by Cody Redmon

    US$44.65–US$178.60

Taken on a beautifully lit day in Yellowstone National Park, this image is the pinnacle of my minimalist work. There’s an old saying that if you stare at something long enough you’ll begin to see what you want to. This scene, however, jumped out and knocked me over. I watched the light play through the ravines for nearly 30 minutes, captivated by the subtleties of tone and form. Yellowstone’s Lamar Valley, called the Serengeti of North America, is home to a wide variety of wildlife and scenes such as this one. If you’re ever visiting the Park, it’s a bit off from the normal ‘Loop’ of roads that make their way through the interior, but quite worth the extra hour of driving to get there. The only maintained roadway during the winter season, you’re likely to see a dozen or more wolves in the valley’s Soda Butte region, where the Druid Peak Pack reigns supreme.

  • Panther Hill
    by Pamela Phelps

    US$3.99–US$91.20

Panther hill Rd, now renamed Painter Hill, is a seasonal road with an incredible drop down to the left. The road was once used year round, rock slides from the mountains to he right caused this road to become seasonal. An old creek runs to the left in the ravine, eventually emptying into the Sandburgh Creek on the main road below. This road is most beautiful during any season, and lovely to walk the winding paths. /
