Description: Raphael works with healers and those who need healing. He opens the hearts and minds of those who call upon him in need of healing energy. Raphael radiates his loving energy into the heart he holds, until it shines with golden rays of light. Mixed media – acrylic paint and chalk on canvas.
An amphibious variation on Raphael’s little angels… / From an original gouache painting. / I just couldn’t resist after seeing those little angels for about a millionth time! / Featured on the RB Homepage, 5 March 2009! / Copyright © 1998 Elizabeth Rose Stanton. All Rights Reserved
/ The Archangel Raphael was depicted as an angel of healing in religious text. / I interpret this image as a combination between the good and bad, indecisiveness pertaining to religion being real or not. The dark wings represent darkness, and turmoil, the vintage writing text represents the written word, the light mixed with the apple in the center represents the struggle between good and evil, choices we all face in our own lives, the constant struggle of searching, and message of healing- to find answers that we can all live with. http://killxthexscenexstock.deviantart.com/ / http://lina-tsu.deviantart.com/ / http://killxthexscenexstock.deviantart.com/ / http://cocacolagirlie.deviantart.com/ / Thank you so much for allowing me to use your stock images!!
PRETTY & SMART – Detail from an oil self-portrait on board, by Albrecht Durer. / A German painter, engraver and mathematician. Famous for his print series: / Apocalypse / Passion of Christ / Knight, Death, & the Devil / Melencolia / Four Horsement of the Apocalypse / The Rhinoceros. Third child in a family of eighteen children, of Hungarian father, German mother. Traveler and student, goldsmith, Durer became the most successful publisher in Germany and abroad, owning 24 printing presses at one time, incredibly famous in his early twenties. Painter, watercolorist, etcher, woodblock print maker. / He published the “Nuremberg Chronicle” in1493 with over 1800 woodcut illustrations. He didn’t think painting could earn him enough money (still true five hundred years later), and turned to printing. / Scholar, intelectual, and successful businessman, his engravings and prints affected the giants who came after him: Raphael, Titian, and Rembrandt.
An illustration of my old OC Raphael and his water summon, Halvar. This was done as an assignment for my digital art class a term ago. If I recall correctly, in the world he’s from, he happens to be one of the chosen people who are able to summon the sleeping gods/majestic creatures and shares a close bond with them. XD; It’s been a long time so I don’t remember much about the story I made up for him.
Raphael, is the first spirit to appear in my paintings. He is an oil on canvas and is listed on Boundless Gallery .com
Last, but not least: Raphael! My fave turtle :) Michelangelo / Leonardo / Donatello

One of life’s little difficulties
Gathered a few things from a collection of antique postcards I got from a Paris last year , created a few collages and photographed them , just experimenting. “Disturbed by a noise in the night Raphael’s mother and cat Leonardo, slowly stalk the corridors of the castle in the hunt of the culprit…...’
The image on this shirt is of spirit named Raphael. The face appeared in an abstract painting I was working on.If that wasn’t strange enough. The white clouds on the top of the photograph weren’t on the original painting. / The original painting has since been cut down from it’s original size.So this is the only image available that captures the spirit world.in it’s raw form.
Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael. / Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
TO TAKE THE PISS / To take the piss is a British slang expression meaning to mock, tease, ridicule or scoff. Take the mickey (or variations) are euphemistic ways of conveying this expression where the word “piss” may be vulgar. / The term sometimes refers to a form of mockery or a piss take in which the mocker exaggerates the other person’s characteristics; pretending to take on his or her attitudes, etc., in order to make them look funny. / The phrase is in common usage throughout English society, employed by headline writers in broadsheet gazettes and tabloids as well as colloquially and is also used in English speaking countries such as Australia. In colloquial usage, ‘taking the piss’ is also used to refer to someone or something that makes a claim which is not in line with a recognised agreement e.g. an invoice that is double the quoted price with no explanation for the added charge could be said to ‘take the piss’, or likewise if something consistently misses a deadline The term The Three Graces may refer to: Charites, known in Greek mythology as The Three Graces, goddesses of such things as charm, beauty, and creativity. In Roman mythology they were known as the Gratiae. / An art topic depicted in dozens of paintings and sculptures, including: / The Three Graces (Raphael), a 16th century painting by Raphael / The Three Graces (sculpture), a 19th century neo-classical sculpture by Antonio Canova ACRYLIC ART CALENDARS CARDS POETRY PHOTOGRAPHY – ANIMALS PHOTOGRAPHY -CANDID SHOTS PHOTOGRAPHY – CATS AND DOGS PHOTOGRAPHY – CONTEMPORARY WORK PHOTOGRAPHY – FLOWERS PHOTOGRAPHY – INSECTS PHOTOGRAPHY – TRADITIONALLY TURKISH PHOTOGRAPHY – TREE AND TREE PARTS T-SHİRTS My Images Do Not Belong To The Public Domain.
