  • I can’t get over how perfectly round this raindrop is. /

  • We have had so much rain recently, my garden is now greener than green. / /

  • Enjoy! _

  • FLANDERS FIELDS / The only postprocessing is some contrast added. Taken trough a steamy window that was a little dirty. Nabij Ieper. Niet veel photoshop. Enkel maar wat contrast verhoogd. De foto is genomen van uit een stal door het bedampte raam. De druppels dropen eraf.

  • Early this morning I decided to drive about an hour into the Blue Mountains to go for a bit of bushwalking and to check out the lookouts around the Wentworth Falls area. / However the weather was terrible, with it basically being a whiteout with visibility down to about 20m and constant drizzling rain, so not the best weather for lookouts and photography! / I decided to head over to King’s Tableland and have a look at McMahon’s Lookout which is down the end of a 20km dirt track, however half way down the road I decided to capture the view in front of me which consisted of the road and trees disappearing into the thick mist. / I will have to head back up on a clearer day! / Photo taken with barely any post processing, just exposure, black point and levels.. / Thanks for having a look, as always comments and critiquing are most welcome.. • I love how water clings to different objects and creates such shapes… This is just an ordinary dandelion puffy thing after it rained one day. Taken with a Sigma 105mm macro lens…

  • Pouring rain forced us off the beach at Direction Island and into the shelter of the forest. Our senses were buzzing with the sound of rain and waves, the rich saturated colours and the scent of summer rain. / Direction Island is a much-loved anchorage for yachties, cocos locals and visitors, but no one lives there permanently. We shared it with about 10 people on this particular day. For enquires about canvas prints, or photographic prints larger than Redbubble options, please contact me via bubblemail

  • Striking design featuring traditional samurais crossing swords.

  • The life of a London copper is often lonely and involves a lot of walking. /

  • A station that time has mostly forgotten all about stands waiting for a time that may never come. These old buildings and rails remember an era where hundreds of happy faces passed through here on their way home or on their holidays: They dream of a time long since passed. The Summer sky presents its amber glow to the station and casts its pigment all over the scene, highlighting the old charm of the woodwork and enhancing the shaddows. There is a romantic stillness captured within this scene. It is easy for us to imagine a crowd of people gathered waiting on a station that looks imaculate and yet, we can also see that this truly is the End of the Line. • There’s something very soothing and calming about these water drop/condensation shots for me. Maybe it’s the perfect symmetry of the drops or the way they look like falling rain that’s frozen in time… either way they just make my stressfulness melt away. Anyway, this is condensation on a water bottle… I shot this using my macro lens and extension tubes as well as my flash. I don’t think I had a background on this one.. just the white screen of my computer. Enjoy!

  • A single dandelion seed stranded amongst the wet. / [earlier macro work] Full view a must =) Canon 400D / Canon 100mm usm macro lens

  • These are the blues you won’t want to chase away. I took this capture a few years ago now. It’s still my all time favorite. I was only a casual photographer at the time. When I put this on my desktop at work…everyone loved it. I actually sent it to a lot of my friends throughout the company I worked for and was told it was on many desktops. From that point on I decided to get serious about my flower photography.
