This was born out of a yearning for rain- I see these huge and heartless goddesses as a type of aurora borealis in the sky, totally unconcerned with our rainless plight. They fling great armfuls of water all around, uncaring where or if they land. This artwork was featured in Outsiders I didn’t plan on ever uploading this, but I’ve really come to like it. I’ve had it as my desktop background for a few days, and, despite its simplicity, I really enjoy it. This is a photo of a painting (original too big to scan) with slight colour changes made in Photoshop. The light effect was caused by the camera flash, and I thnk it works even better than the way it was painted. Used as background for Wish Upon The Rain
