  • Railway distraction tee shirt. I really like it on the dark colours, on black it looks great to me but doesn’t show up too well on the screen…:)

  • Where do dreams go?

  • Moscow Metro, which spans almost the entire Russian capital, is one of the world’s most heavily used metro systems. It is well known for the ornate design of many of its stations, which contain beautiful examples of socialist realist art.

  • A nostalgic print for those who remember the smell of coal fire and steam…

  • Life is one big road…with endless pathways, infinite at first sight.

  • i am huge in japan pictogram

  • Glasgow Underground Clockwork Orange

  • Lettering as used by the London and North Eastern Railway on their famous ‘Flying Scotsman’ steam locomotive. Also has the engine’s famous number, and its place of building: Doncaster Works. Perfect for steam engine enthusiasts, especially on a green shirt (to match the engine’s paint job)

  • The classic ellipse symbol used by the London and North Eastern Railway in publicity materials. Usually seen with a blue background. Made in Photoshop

  • The Spirit of Progress was the premier express train passenger service on the Victorian Railways in Australia, running from Melbourne to the Victorian border, and later through to Sydney. These art-deco era wings, surrounding the grand initials VR served as the only adornment on the hood of the streamlined S class steam locomotives which hauled this train in its heyday. Celebrate the history of this magnificent train with this majestic wings motif emblazoned on a tee shirt. Note: This logo is reproduced here on the fair assumption that it is considered abandoned, as it represents an entity and train service that no longer exists.

  • The Victorian Railways was the state government department responsible for operating railways in the Australian state of Victoria from 1859 to 1983. In 1974 the Victorian Railways was rebranded as VicRail. In 1981 this angular and basic design, commonly referred to as the orange and silver ‘teacup’ scheme, was launched on locomotives, Comeng trains, and new passenger carriages, before the railway was separated into the Metropolitan Transit Authority and V/Line. Celebrate this simple design on an eye-catching tee shirt. Note: This logo is reproduced here on the fair assumption that it is considered abandoned, as it represents an entity that no longer exists.

  • The Victorian Railways was the state government department responsible for operating railways in the Australian state of Victoria from 1859 to 1983. In 1961, a standard-gauge rail line was built from Albury to Melbourne, allowing trains from the national rail network to operate through without the break-of-gauge problems that had existed for the 80 or so years previous. To celebrate, the Victorian Railways held a competition to find a “symbol, sign or slogan” to be carried on new freight vehicles for the line. The winner was an 18 year old art student from Bentleigh, who submitted this design. By the 1970s, most freight vehicles on the Victorian Railways wore this simple yet futuristic logo. Note: This logo is reproduced here on the fair assumption that it is considered abandoned, as it represents an entity that no longer exists.

For corporate stationery, this design was displayed in red on white. Celebrate this simple design on an eye-catching tee shirt. • This is the logo of the now disbanded Victorian Railways Investigation Department, which was responsible for law enforcement, revenue protection and other duties on the Victorian Railways, until it was replaced by the now defunct Transit Patrol unit in the 1980’s. It features the simple signature crown of Queen Elizabeth II, a wreath, an eight-point star with finer detail and a rail wheel at the centre, surrounded on a wreath – consistent with the emblems and badges of other railway constabularies in Australia. Celebrate this vintage shoulder patch design with one of these tee shirts. Please note: this logo is reproduced here on the assertion that it represents a law enforcement agency that no longer exists, and as such is considered abandoned.

  • Eliel Saarinen won the competition to design a new railway station for Helsinki in 1904 and over the following ten years the pink granite building was completed. Flanking the doors four statues of mythical giants or gods holding spherical lamps stand welcoming travellers into the station. The figures were designed by Emil Wikstrom.
