    For anyone who has ever had to work with the public. Customer service can make you feel like you are indeed at the bottom of the barrel. This poem, in my opinion, describes the feelings of anyone that has been trapped in a dead end job, and treated like they are nothing more than a mat to wipe the customer’s feet on.
