  • Their love was summer-born. / Nurtured by Son light, / it became a summer psalm.. / Basked in seasoned warmth / and grew in tones of harmony. • Canon Powershot A400 – edited in Picnik The other day I started singing “My Favorite Things” from the movie The Sound of Music and that song always makes me smile. On a whim I decided to take some pics of some of my favorite things in my home and this is one of them. As I was editing, I fell in love with this “angel of prayer” all over again and knew she was meant to dwell on a greeting card. / I really like her shadow, the golden wall color behind her and the simplicity of it. The shadow makes me think of the scripture, “He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1 Most of you probably know she is from the Willow Tree angel collection. This card is from my heart to the world! / Lynn Addendum – I did not know when I created this card that I was making it for members of my own family. Since I created this card, my grandmother has gone into Hospice care. She is 96 years old, has lived a full and generous life, and is ready to go home and be with Jesus. She has horrible amounts of fluid in her lungs and is in respiratory heart failure. Also, my cousin’s 9 year old son has been diagnosed with Leukemia and will be undergoing chemo and treatment for the next three years of his life. He too has a very strong faith for a very young boy. He and all of his immediate and extended family are trusting God to bring comfort and healing. Grandma and Samuel – “I am praying for you…” is dedicated to you. I love you all very much. / Lynn
