I found this wonderful view of a Yew Tree path is in the church yard of St. Mary’s in Painswick, Gloucestershire, England. St. Mary’s Church yard is famous for its Yew trees, and is considered the best collection of Yew’s in the country, designated a “National Treasure.” This is such a calming walk through the grounds and and is frequented by the locals daily for nothing more than a quiet place to reflect or a gathering of friends. Another shot made last fall while visiting my favourite place in my hometown, one crisp and sunny morning. This is the parc de la Promenade in Candiac, Quebec, and I thought that the clouds reflected in the calm waters of the St. Lawrence river looked like a puffy double-edged lace.
