Written in the spring of this year, and is largely biographical. Which is rare enough for my own writing, I usually characterise. Still, this is something a little new for me so it’s submitted as-is: without revision or prior critique.

The idea behind the Artist Manifesto is that artists should be employed far more widely than they currently are in many areas of society
My concept for this project was inspired by Yoko Ono, the wife of the late John Lennon.
This article is about a conceptual art project, I would like to do as a three dimensional display at a museum.

This is inspired by a real project by a Japanese photographer, Shizuka Yokomizo. The concept has always intrigued me, voyeur that I am at heart – as most writers are, I think. We all get connection any way we can, after all.

He always told the most beautiful stories. I suppose it came from his beautiful nature. Kind, gentle. It was easy giving him my heart. A story I never told or shared – with him. The tale one I told too late…and to a woman in a bed beside mine, in the white walls of a room made for the sick. Sick like that feeling I got…when I realized…I lost him. - Riley Elizabeth Thompson © of (Project: iheart) jolie alicia (Chaz/Charlie) Angela Harelson (Megan & Riley) , 2008-2009 Inspiration for story taken from this photo: /

Hey all. This is a poem I am writing for my AP English class project and I am not sure about it. It tells the story of a male who allows pride to bring about his downfall (which happens to be the theme of my project). Advice on it and possible titles are very welcome

I was hesitant about posting this up on RB, not sure how people will take it. I actually found this in an old notebook. I wrote it for an English project. We had to pick and research a social issue and present it to the class. We also had to write a short story, song, or poem to go along with the presentation and I picked a poem. I think eating disorders are something that everyone knows about but don’t always talk about. I think people should talk about it. There’s always people out there willing to listen.
I wish I’d thought of that.
This is the next installment of The Koi Project. This story is inspired by a real project by a Japanese photographer, Shizuka Yokomizo, who slipped a note under certain doors around the world. Some of the subjects agreed and posed in their front window for ten minutes, with no communication, and the resulting images have always spellbound me. So many strands of this concept intrigue me; as a voyeur, an ex-agoraphobe, a writer. Would I have agreed, back when I was sick and locked in my house? Would I agree now? Would you?

Wouldn’t it be wonderfull to feel the compassion index of the planet move up a few points?
Practice Peace… After reading these wise words by Erhan about listening to your heart instead of the ego’s voice, i thought of an article in a monthly magazin i read a few days ago.. it mentioned a project about how we can increase the feeling of compassion throughout the whole planet. It showed one of the exercises written by Harry Palmer in his book Resurfacing Techniques for exploring consciousness and i would like to share it with you. Now..Wouldn’t it be wonderfull to feel the compassion index of the planet move up a few points? We can.. just try it yourself..
