I’ve always loved fairytales and I think this image I’ve created has a story in there waiting to be told. With this image I’ve taken a different direction compared to my impressionistic portraits which was really quite a surprise and very enjoyable to create a fantasy image. Miss Teen Oregon…Crystal Gregg / This is one of my fave pics I have ever taken. First off…I love it when I tell a model to do something and they look at me like Im nuts…they do it and wahhh law. Sometimes it doesnt work out but most often that is the shot that the model and I both like best. I also love this image because the model entered it in a compatition in a pagent…and she got 1st place for Miss Photogenic with it. And for that she got an invitation to Nationals. yeaaaahhhh!!!! I love close up face pics which shows the sparkle of the eyes. Another reason I love this image is it was my first shoot with this gorgeous model which is what started a friendship that will last forever.

Princess Caves was taken along the Railay Peninsula, Southern Thailand. / The whole coastline is like this, dramatic and craggy limestone. Railay also being a rock climbing mecca in these parts with climbers coming from all over the world to climb these monoliths…thanks for looking.. / rgs, Rob.
