  We were driving home from Union Creek, Oregon, when we came upon prescribed burn in the forest, on both sides of the road. The light was so fantastic that we just had to stop and get out and take advantage of this great opportunity.

  This is part of my Union Creek Prescribed Burn series. It looked to me as if the forest angels were keeping an eye on these small fires to make sure that they didn’t get out of control! The rays of light appear to land just where the fires are burning. / /
