Photo of one of the Beacons at Port Melbourne this one is in the water between both Station and Princess Piers, the other is inland and in line with this one. The sea was fairly calm when this was taken.
Photo taken at Station Pier in Victoria the QE2’s last voyage around the world before she is retired from service,
This is the lighthouse that sits all on it’s own just off Station Pier. I love it. It’s so quirky. / – Dog photography – Africa photography / - Beach photography - Black & white photography – Dog photography – Africa photography / - Beach photography - Monotone photography
This is the other Beacon at Port Melbourne as you can see it’s inland and a park behind it and houses around, but this is inline with the one in the water both have their lights on so ships still use these in some way to navigate.
