Taken during a sailing trip in Germany, Heiligenhafen. / We anchored in front of a beautiful coast. When I saw the shining red from the yacht I just had to go there. So I took the dinghy and went up a hill to this hugh poppiy field. It was worth the effort….the sea of red was amazing. check what the product looks like here thank you for stopping by!

Wild flowers are everywhere throughout the fields and on the roadsides in Turkey this May! As you can imagine I didn’t get far on my bike… / :) A first macro on a borrowed Nikon coolpix 4800 compact and the step up in quality from my usual Fuji Finepix A500 shows! (I was never able to give it back and came to an amicable arrangement…lol…) Taken on macro setting with selftimer and using a pocket sized 4” tripod.. Straight from the camera apart from slight cropping and a great reminder of the swathes of these beautiful flowers

taken in a field somewhere that will always be a part of England, in other words can not remember where..lol but have a strong feeling is was taken in North Yorkshire, between Wells and Thornton Watlass. Or possibly North Lincolnshire lol blame the internal sat nav It is a classic reminder of no matter how well we try to stop nature, she will find a way back
