  • Often I like to experiment when I am shooting, I tend to do a lot of it using my Telephotos and Zooms, and this shot is an example of that. I like to get it as close as I can and try to notice the abstract and negative spaces in a frame….the color and the shadow play…. Captured at Cherry Creek State Park at Sunrise, I really wanted to get the color cast in this shot, hope ya all like it! / —-John

  • This was taken at the living desert in Carlsbad,Nm . If you take a look to the left on the green lillypad you will see two little guys taking a rest on it .Not sure what kinda bug they are ,It didn’t even notice I had captured them until after I up load to my puter.

  • This photo was taken while I was in the passenger seat. We were on our way to Seneca Rocks while camping on the Cheat River during the Fourth of July holiday.
