This is a macro close up image of a honey bee as it climbs out of a purple flower after collecting the pollen from the bottom of the flower. We see a close up of the bee with its red, black and white stripes and a highly detailed image of the wings and fur and we can even see the little bits of pollen all over the bees fur.
I brought this bloom home on Thursday and before I could even think about putting it in the ground a herd of bees came over, you heard me, a herd of bees, it was crazy, they were working so fast it was hard to get a photo, they made their way around in circles and took off, more would come. They were very excited about the new bloom at the Henderson residence. Burnsville, MN
