Dangerous Driving by the Police
by Gregory John O'FlahertyYou’re getting the pension / I don’t see why you complain / I know you did mention / That you are in a bit of pain
refer to my Poem ESD Grows a OPI, and picture titled ” A Picture of Paranoid Schizophrenia. I had a prolapsed disc from a motor vehicle accident 23 / 01 / 1975. No real issue. On 28 October 1998, I was leaving my sisters house after a party and the police were across the road, they called us all together and started chatting to everyone, but did not address me. So I walked off. I was followed by an officer. I told him I was going home, you know who I am, if theres an issue see me tomorrow, and walked off. He jumped on my back and handcuffed me and placed me on the floor of the police van. He drove at high speed to Bendigo 45 miles away. When we arrived I was covered in vomit and pissing blood. I was not charged for anything, I was released 24 hours later. / I have since lodged complaints both on the phone and in writing. I have approached solicitors. As I am on a pension for a psych condition, I have no money and every probono solicitor I have seen has said that because they do work for the police at times they can’t help me. / I have spoken with my MLA writen more letter to many and various. / They further injured my neck to the point of having to see a specialist, who after me putting off the operation twice, fussed three vertebra on the 5th of March last year. I am told if I mention the officers name I will be sued. Whether I spell it right or not I think he has no hart. My MLA, like all politicians is no helper. The police say they have no record of the instance. I have my health file with the report from the psych hospital they took me too, which gives the date and time. Such is the law in this country. No I do not want a franchise to sell canabis.

ESD Grows a OPI
by Gregory John O'FlahertyI know I’ve phoned before / Trivial complaints about the law / But when they come uninvited to my door / I think it’s right to phone some …
After years of complaints the Victorian State Government created the Office of Police Integrity, to oversee the operation of the Police Ethical Standards Department. From my own experience the result of any compliant, is further reason to complain. The person complaining is investigated, not the complaint; and they loose the files on them. / Put it in writing using a solicitor. Keep several copies. / I have no criminal record, and don’t intend doing anything to change that.
