Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2005, Japan Times / GIRL SUSPECTED OF SLOWLY POISONING MOM / SHIZUOKA (Kyodo) A 16-year-old girl has been placed under arrest for allegedly attempting to kill her mother by slowly poisoning her, police said Tuesday. The 47-year-old woman is in a coma.

Western Green Mamba – Colouration is usually lime green with yellow on the tail … scales create a fishnet effect. Length is 78 inches on average. Their bite can be rapidly fatal (≈30 minutes) if envenomation occurs. They are listed in the same family as coral snakes. Acrylic on Glass This is the print version of my painting This is the newest addition to my series “Journey Through Africa”, the other three included a Red Bishop bird, an African tree in a field and a giraffe in it’s habitat. This piece is of one of my favorite creatures, the blue poison dart frog. They are found in Africa and South America and were not discovered till around 1960’s. It’s stunning natural colors really attracted me to it in creating this work. This piece like the other two in the series was also painted on an antique mirror. I take something old and forgotten and create something new, yet try to keep the aged or classic feel throughout the piece. Usually just looking at a prospective mirror I see what I will paint next in it. 19×24 colored pencil. Original won Best in Show and First Place in two different shows in 2000 so it’s NFS. These are Azure Poison-dart frogs posed very nicely.. can’t remember the name of the flower but then again, that’s no surprise any more. Completed in 1999

PLEASE READ first this is in memory of the 2 dogs that died last week in HIGH PARK TORONTO where I shoot a lot of my photos .. this photo was taken in High Park its now a dark place for animals .. last week a psycho poisoned dogs with antifreeze in their water supply for the off leash dogs … .some are still very sick and 2 died so far … well that was not the only victims that died … squirrels and raccoons also died from it.. one raccoon was proped up with flowers in his paws … apparently its a gardner that was angry at raccoons for eating plants ( sometihng like that) well thats what they think so far but not for sure .. there is a zoo there also and I pray that they get this person before he / she hits that zoo this is very heartbreaking to all animal lovers and I hope that this maniac gets his just penalty when they catch him
