Whole plant / Family : Liliaceae / Longevity : Perennial / Origin : Native / Season : Cool / Crow-Poison is an upright perennial that grows 6-22 inches high. The white flower is about 1 inch in diameter and consists of six petals. The narrow leaves of Crow-Poison are 4-16 inches long and grow only near the base of the plant. It grows in most soil types and blooms in the spring and the fall. Crow-Poison can be found in both the South Texas Plains and the Edwards Plateau regions of Texas.

  • A very poisonous yellow banded poison dart frog (also known as yellow headed poison dart frog and bumblebee poison frog) sitting on a leaf contemplating its next jump. These deadly frogs are considered to be of the top 10 most toxic frogs and can be found in the northern part of south america in such places as Guyana, Venezuela and Brazil

  • This plant kind of made me think of an apple and the first thing that pops in my mind if I think about the word apple, is Snow White, so that’s the reason of the title ^^. / I just love the little droplet on top of it, that’s also one of the reason’s I took a pic of it. =]
