Haley, my golden Retriever, has several toys but the red ball is her favorite. The only time she wants to put it down is when she eats! / I have been having some action/focus problems and trying to work them out with the help of Haley. She is very well trained and will sit until I am in position with my camera and ready for her to run toward me. We have done this repeatedly during the last few days in the front yard. I couldn’t ask for a better model! / THe first day I tried it, I had both dogs in the yard. My other one, who isn’t so well trained, mostly just got in the way or ran in the opposite direction so decided working with Haley only was much better idea. /

Okay, Red decided that it was finally time for a bath. He kept looking up from the birdbath as if to say you’re out of soap! A little while back a bird, also splashing, said the same thing – guess I’d better get some soap for these critters! Red loves to splash in this bath – especially on hot days!
