This dead plant just caught my eye, looks almost like it’s made of metal.

Although my plan was to take some sunset shots…when I got to my favourite “sunset” spot there were too many distractions and decided to get down on hands and knees and get some shots from different angles. The sky was a gorgeous colour and with the sun behind me it really captured the beauty of these little cotton plants (not even sure what they are called).

The workings of a frustrated creative mind gone temporarily insane… Too many tangents, too many ideas. Too many thoughts trying to cram their way into an already overcrowded space. A peek into my inner tumultuous subconcious. The working title for this was A Crisis of Faith – In Myself Of course I’m out of my mind…. It’s dark and scary in there! I think a prolonged hibernation is in order.

Lets lie here looking at the sky and these pretty flowers. / Now what would this world be like with out this moment together? / You would miss the sound of the bees as they work all day. / And the sound of the breeze as it passes by your lovely face. / You would never know what its like to have a butterfly land on your lips. / And that little ant thats on your shirt as it climbs into your pocket. / And what about the little things that make your nose tickle. / Or all the feelings that you get while looking at a cloud. / And how about that special feeling as you see Gods work. / And this special world thats for you and me so we can lie here kissing. / And most of all you would miss the sound of my heart beating next to yours. / And then you would never know what you do to me.

This is one of our bridges and many many people jump into the fraser River. There has been so so many times on a monday morning where they have had to close down the bridge because there has been a jumper. :o( This bridge is so very old and they are constantly repairing it. It is also very conjested. I have been hearing that they will be building a new bridge. / / / /
