This shot is one part of my previous panorama but I find that this particular crop which is about 2 shots of the total 5 just does something for me..It also shows how much detail is in these pano’s and the potential for an ultra large print which I must do one day. / Taken in the Mornington Peninsula National Park. / Thanks once again for looking and recent comments….cheers, Rob.
This little gem can be found just around the corner from Loch Ard Gorge near Port Campbell off Victoria’s Great Ocean Road, Australia. I came here the afternoon before and there were snap happy tourists everywhere but decided to come back the next morning and there wasn’t a soul in sight, just the crashing ocean to keep me company… / Settings Canon 40D, 10-22mm EF-S. Sunset Lake
I was treated to a sublime sunrise a few days ago…Havn’t had color like this for awhile. Taken at Cape Schank ~ Mornington Peninsula Coast…Victoria…Aus. / Pulpit Rock dominates the scene here with one of the many deep, deep rock pools in the forground..So very different from my last upload from this spot on this chilly but calm Winters morning…thanks for having a look in.
A shot of Clevedon Pier at sunset, all i have done with this HDR is reduce noise and dust removal, upped the saturation and contrast just a little
Taken in my homeland, Salento, Puglia, south of Italy.. / I usually spend my summer holiday to my parents place, / I just love observing people fishing, gives me a sense of tranquility.. the sunset was so nice and I grabbed the opportunity to take this picture. / This is exactly the way it looked. / / . /
faintly shimmering off the Coral sea the final light on the horizon glows through the colour spectrum as Venus also descends in the sky. / / / EOS A2, Fuji Velvia 50. / ©T.Middleton2007 —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—— / / / see more photographic works from North Qld. by clicking on the preview below
Sunset and Coronas at “The Shack”, West Island, Cocos Islands. The kind of sunset you want to swim through – pastel water and sky – chasing the sun west. For enquires about canvas prints, or photographic prints larger than Redbubble options, please contact me via bubblemail
I re-worked an older image.
You guys know by now that i like to keep things simple. That’s the type of photographer i am, and i think it also says a lot about what kind of person i am. Clear…simple…minimal….no worries :)
Back Beach days end…Mornington Peninsula…..incomming tide washing over the rock shelf and some cool weather on the way.
Since I haven’t been able to do any infrared images (as my filter broke – still crying over that!), I thought I would try some seascapes with a few cheap Cokin rip-off filters I got on ebay. Camera: Canon EOS 450D / ISO400 / f/22 / Exposure: 2sec / Focal Length: 18mm / Filters: ND4 (a real one) / Gradient Grey (Cokin Knock-off) / Gradient Tobacco (Cokin knock-off) / Tripod
Caught the last sunrise before the end of daylight savings…..thankfully the rain stopped and some colour popped through the clouds to make it all worth while ;0)
We had an early start at work on June !st, and we were blessed with this awesome sunrise. It made my day to capture this beautiful site. Again this is Rock Point, as I am chained to my work, my location of shots don’t vary, but the colors do! Thank you for viewing and I do so hope you enjoy yet another work sunrise. :) / Taken at Bear Cove in Port Hardy, BC on Vancouver Island. / /
Asterix so a certain film company does not come own heavy on / me! Port Macquarie sunrise
day by day the elements wither away at the rocks…yet occasionally the process is overpowered by another one of nature’s spectacles – a brilliantly pastel painted sky.

Morning has broken on the Victorian west coast…the receding tide temporarily leaves a perched pool above the waveline. / / / EOS A2, Fuji Velvia 50. / ©T.Middleton2007 —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—— / / / see more from this series and other parts of our majestic coast by clicking below /
