Tulips are one of my favorite flowers. This original acrylic painting was commissioned by my friend, Bridget, so I named it for her.
For Darrell Moseley Flower Power Project
This ones is for ROSIE! My adopted Mom, she in heaven, now! But she inspired me very, very much! Some with her art, but even more with her love! Mr. Ford, and her, took me in, after my Dad died! Her favorite say’n was Ticked Pink! I love you, Rosie! For anybody who has not heard about the Flower Power Project, yet! We are going to set a World Record, before we are done building the largest calloge of images of flowers! The screensaver is for promotion purposes only, and the images are being used to gain support as I show people what we are doing! I highly encourage you to get involved, and add your own contributions, and be a part of history! We plan on adding all the images that are contributed, until we have covered the globe, and have made a statement for the artists community! / If you copy theses tags, flower power project screensaver , and paste into the RB search feild, then click search! This should bring up about 300 images that have been contributed already, by amazing talent here on RB! It is growing everyday, and the support is helping promote the Project! Our first venue is set for Frisco, Texas on March 15, 2008 at Frisco Square! It will include artists of RedBubble, as well as local artist, and the students from Frisco ISD, to start with! As we go, we will add more images to the calloge, from any artist who wishs to contribute! You will help with making a statement, and be a part of making history! / If you like what you see, feel free to add the same tags to your images, if you would like to add to the project! Hope to see yours added, soon!

Letting Art Go By:Linaji 2009 When I was 11 I used to cut school / Walk to the beach and pretend / I pretended I was loved / And I pretended I was beautiful I used to sit then on the sand / And pick up shells and use them as / A phone to my heart / Worried that I was not hearing Me! I did not know it then but / I wasn’t. I laid back and let tears roll down my cheeks / I laid back and heard the wind sweep across my belly / I laid back and shut my eyes to the bright new day / I laid back and dreamed I was loved / And light and gay… Sometimes when the weather was a mix of / Sun and clouds / And the smell of rain arose / I would get a feeling: / It had edges of smiles and tender pats on the backside / It had a feeling / I still get when I open my bed / And jump inside cause it is so cold / But I pull the covers over me and / Shiver shiver shiver / And laugh all the while I never asked anyone in the world if they do this / Or did. / But it feels exciting almost sexual and free.. And, alone on the beach with the wind sand and sea / I would feel this amazing loneliness that seemed to have / Jumped off from the shoulders of this expansive joy. / Like I just made something so beautiful / And had to let it go. That’s what I feel today / As I look at the strokes of love and the / Layers of light I just allowed into Being / Which for some damn reason, / Feels all at once beautiful / And all at once Lost. I seem to worry / Does that mean I lost a part of me? / Or / Have I released the latch? / The one that opens my heart / Once again, / To another realm of Creation
Chakras and Vibration Everything moves, from atoms to planets millions of light years away. Electrons move around the nucleus of an atom. Planets revolve around their suns. Everything moves and therefore everything vibrates. Where there is vibration, there is sound. Every part of our body vibrates at a specific sound frequency. Each of the seven Chakras has a specific sound associated with it. Colors also vibrate at a specific frequency. And each Chakra has a color associated with it. That is why the use of color and sound can return balance to our Chakras causing restored health. / The Key To Health and Healing. Chakras are associated with our physical, mental and emotional states. When energy does not flow freely from the Chakras, the body does not function properly. We need to reestablish the free flow of energy in order to heal. The key to health is for our 7 Chakras to be in balance. Through stress of any kind, physical, emotional, psychological, our Chakras can become unbalanced or out of tune. Ommmm .. Sound and Vibrations.. Who are we before matter? / There is so much evidence that we are vibrational Beings.. / Music ..endless endless endless / We are..endless endless endless..
I melt when you come down and curl up with me, / Candle drips and curly tips / Here you are my babyji / Sobbing lightly and descending to chill / Now I am attracted to you most / In all my senses / Participating / Available / Without thought or notion / Of where we began / Any of this… It is when you set all the vibrating ideas / Aside, / That spins you like a topsy tervy / Whirling dervish / And you box them up and pack them away / …..only for a moment, I know, / It is then that I see / You. / A Soul completely simple and basic / And here it is the loving of Us / That I feel / Nothing comes between us except / Maybe a fine smearing of tears, / Soon to be dried / Against the warmth of my skin. There is quiet / The quiet that makes me focus on the sound of our Kiss, / Or the complete understanding of my / Hands sliding over your skin / Then the involuntary intake of breath when I’ve Touched you / Somewhere that makes you feel / Grounded here / On the common waves of silence / Human and raw / Intertwined / Allowing your own sexuality / To call you in / And let my love speak in tones / That become the color of our world. Babyji and Co. / 2009 This was Co-Written / with my Heart. Thank you so much!!
This is my niece Alanna.. she rocks my world. I have used her in several of my pieces and this one is for me one of my fav shots. She got my 6 inch boots on one day..(I ended up giving them to her) and she floated around my home as I kept shooting. She wants me to manage her career in Hollywood in a couple of years from now as she knows her Auntie L don’t take no bull. She goes to Cornish University in Seattle Wash. and is awarded a big Scholarship for her abilities as an actress. Which for a school like that are far and few between. She knows where I came from and she trusts me. I trust her. i trust her ability to be young and wrong and dream and live and allow life to show her what the next turn is in the road. I have never ever told her she had or she should do anything. I have told her if she asked me how I solve my problems and what I still can’t seem to do very well. But though my relationship with her I feel more of the youth I still have lurking well within this soul. I love teens and young people. I tend to give them more room than my peers in my head as amazing beings, and this is a mistake. For me anyway. I think we are eternal so age really is all in the settling for a thought that one is about done with growth.. / I love one line I have taken from my Abraham work.. / You Ms. Linaji… Are Never Finished and Life Is Never Done!!
It’s all about light in the Mantra of Love.
They were out on the same walk She saw buildings / He saw the sky She saw shadows / He saw the shadows of birds that fly She saw a crack / He saw a crevice She saw a hole / He saw a ditch She saw the homeless / He saw the rich She saw a rock / He saw a diamond When they got home they looked into each other’s eyes, / How shall we ever agree on this life at the same time? / They said all at once / Well… / She said / We must learn to revel in our differences / Lets go against society, / Every time I see differently or you do / Lets break out the champagne and the sweet meats / Every time one sees a problem.. Lets celebrate for the other / Every time one sees a solutions lets do it again … / Celebrate / Celebrate each other.. And then we will loose track of / Perfect timing cause every moment will be just perfect!! So they made a pact and they went for walks / When she saw buildings and he saw the sky they both / Were so happy for what the other was seeing it was like they were seeing EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE. / It was like it did not matter any more who saw what when or where; It just mattered that they were together. / And guess what? / THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER… TEE HEE / THE END Linaji 2009
The Power of Music has been on my mind lately. I took this shot and a couple other ones of this fantastic singer. She is out of India and I so had a blast dancing and being with this group on this very big wedding day of a good friends cousin. The POWER OF VOICE!

photoshop creation. Inspired by the saying “flower power”. Even though these flowers have been cut and contained in a vase they are still empowered and their spirits dance freely with joyous abandon. I think this applies to the human spirit as well. No matter how terrible the conditions are there are many whose spirit will never be broken!! /
Enjoy a calendar – full… or more in the fireworks series… The start of the annual fireworks concert under the landmark ramparts of Edinburgh Castle perched on a volcanic rock above the city. Amongt the picnicers thronging the public gardens below my first attempts at fireworks meant fumbling in the dark with unfamiliar settings (like M for mad) and getting disoriented still further by an upended camera so all the buttons were in the wrong places… LOL .. then it didnt help when my remote died after 3 test clicks..teehee.. So critique hugely welcome.. and excuses above!
