One of the greatest challenges that I am finding with my business, is putting distance between myself and the rest of the photographers in the area. I have had great success still without even an add in the phone book, but most photographers take similar styles of pictures. I have worked very hard to get my “fine art” portion of my business up and running but it is a slow process. I am working my website very hard and trying to make the most of referrals but I need something more to really launch my business to the next level. I know not a lot of people actually read these but if someone does I am open to suggestions and ideas. I am really hoping to hear from some of you on how you really got your art photo up and running. What are some non-traditional avenues I can use to get my business to the levels I want it to be in 2008.
