Photographic based digital montage, 2007 (no 2 from series of 3 re-worked). Shot two seperate models & combined them. Draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, body, dress, added fringe to face, made the features more angular, blew up lips, created cheekbones, reworked branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated & added a sepia tone. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers.

The storms were fierce with a ton of rain last night. I decided to take of work and spend the day at the falls near my house. I must have snapped 200 pictures today. What a great day!! I found a new toy its my infrared lens. Oh man I’ve been dying to work on one of my illustrations lately. In between all the experimenting with my video art and everything involved with my Uni major project, it feels really good to sit down and work on one of these. / The title comes from the lyrics in a song called Unstoppable by Mako, written by Declan O’Shea. The song is one of my all time favorites, beautifully written with a strong emotive undertow that carries through the track. / My thanks to Declan for writing such a great song. It’s very inspiring to me.
