There is an area in Death Valley National Park called the Salt Flats. There isn’t any color there. The ground is basically white (or near white) mineral deposits but it offers a lot of texture that is a great starting point for creating digital art. This image is the result of that process.
Life emerged from the infinite chaos of the Ocean. Thereto no doubt shall it return.
