  • Taken, 16/11/2008 at Dicky’s Beach / just as the storm was coming it… / there were to separate cells, the first one was like a wave, layered and the second one came in under it with layers and rolling clouds! it was unbelievably stunning! / The green sky in the background was the key indicator to us that there was hail down south of us….glad we missed it! Camera: Sony DSLR-A350 / Exposure: 8 sec (8) / Aperture: f/22 / Focal Length: 18 mm / ISO Speed: 100 / Exposure Bias: 0/10 EV since it was still daylight, the only thing done in post production was to change the exposure and a slight adjustment to contrast Come visit us at: / JR Photography website and blog

  • The beginning of a new adventure.

  • One of my past pets when I moved and left him in the care of a irrisponsible person. Nuff said, he was gone. So I have memories of this bird, he was smart enough never to leave and flew around the house and made noise! He was cool!! So sad not to see him anymore, oh well…. it sucks. P.S. Used PainterX and Photoshop for this.

  • Please welcome a new and incredible artist who had given me a boost of inspiration. Thank you so much to TheWhiteMuse for your help. I needed it!! Your art is wonderful! Mmmmmwah! /

  • Adapted my Geisha butterfly girl for the latest Splatter, Smudge, Smear & Drip challenge T-SHIRT AVAILABLE (CLICK ON IMAGE BELOW)

  • Just messing around with the color red today. /

  • I was playing around with styles at first and kept placing the image through filters for the background. Then I added different photoshop brushes to create my theme and this what I came up with. I love the colors. /

  • A digital creation made in photoshop using brushes, stamps, cloning, coloring, filtering, image adjustments, grunge and style. Enjoy the rich taste on your home wall with this elegant dark roasted coffee print. For all coffee lovers, this image would look fantastic near your coffee station or on any wall in your kitchen. Wow your company with your good taste and of course, your deeelicious coffee. Also, this card would make a perfect get together invitation or use as a stationary piece.

  • There was a time I wanted to give this to the staff at Sears, but decided to hold on to it, currently I got the original design framed in case I do future public art displays at Starbucks again, so far due to the issues here in NYC. I’m not sure what I’m going to do, but will say that it works better as a card design or other, idk. Apophysis 2.06 I think, idk this was around 2007, CS, this version used CS3 since this is part of a jewel series now. I never design lame crap, sheeeeeeesh. L8ter.

  • This here took 2 1/2 weeks, the entire scene is stock photos I brought online a while back, and the clouds to the galaxy all photoshop, and painter x. And so this is the end result, I wanted a fantasy/spiritual theme on this and hope you enjoy it!! I’m good, I know. J.Mclean© 2009

  • Leeds Castle, four miles (6.5 km) southeast of Maidstone, Kent, England, dates back to 1119, though a manor house stood on the same site from the ninth century. The castle and grounds lie to the east of the village of Leeds, Kent, which should not be confused with the far bigger and far well-known city of Leeds in West Yorkshire. HDR 3 Exposures -1, 0, +1
