Judith suggested Rainy street could be in B&W. She has great B&W work and has been an inspiration to me. So I tried with PS to convert the photo into B&W. But I’m new to PS and don’t know if I did it right. Please let me know what you think about the tones, contrast, textures… will a more grainy feel help? Thank you.

FIRST TIME PUBLISHED / When I looked outside my restaurant in Broome I saw two cowboyheads sitting on the tables outside and I had a strong urge to make some photo’s. I spook to the two men they where from Fitzroy Crossing. They where watching a crowd of Indeginous Aboriginal men and women ‘hanging’ outside in the Plaza. This was in protest of the death of a cyclist on Montreal street who was hit by a motorist. / It was incredible. Rue Ste. Catherine was shut down in the late afternoon on a Saturday. Closed the city for ten minutes. / It was beautiful. / I would say that it made a lot of Montreal motorists angry, but that would mean the protesters really had no effect.
