On the pleasure world of ” Heaven’s Gate” we see the beach below Dunetown. / The planet was named by the first photographer to discover it Di Edwards, Di now runs it with her husband and 2 dogs as a tourist mecca. It is visited by beings from all across this universe, and it is know across this sector of space as probably one of the most prestine planets. / Its visitors use it for walking, swimming surfing and of course photography. / Groups of monks often come here to meditate. / In the guide book for sector 6 it is listed as pollution free. / It is a medium planetoid in the Dog Galaxy, and it is in a low orbit of the giant “Yorkey’s Prime. .............An excerpt from the volume 13 of ” The Travels of Zorind Rakkmnn ”. This is a collaboration between Di Edwards and I,under “Own Your Own Planet” I used Di’s image “What heaven looks like”

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”. And there was evening, and there was morning – the first day.Genesis I: 1-5 (NIV translation) Note: If you ZOOM IN on this image, you’ll notice a lone dove (“the Spirit of God”) soaring above the silhouette of the barn.

Calla Lilies (Zantedeschias) make good house plants with attractive brilliant white flowers and heart or arrow-shaped leaves. Zantedeschia is a genus of herbaceous flowering plants in the family Araceae, native to southern Africa from South Africa north to Malawi. The name of the genus was given as a tribute to Italian botanist Giovanni Zantedeschi (1773-1846) by the German botanist Kurt Sprengel (1766 – 1833). Common names include Arum lily for Z. aethiopica, calla, and calla lily for Z. elliottiana and Z. rehmannii although it is neither a true lily (Liliaceae), nor Arum or Calla (related genera in Araceae). It is also often erroneously spelled as “cala lily”. It has often been used in many paintings, and is visible in many of Diego Rivera’s works of art (see The Flower Vendor, amongst others). The Zantedeschia are rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plants growing to 1-2.5 m tall with leaves 15-45 cm long. The inflorescence is a showy white, yellow or pink spathe shaped like a funnel with a yellow, central, finger-like spadix. The Zantedeschia species are very poisonous, capable of killing livestock and children. “All parts of the plant are toxic, and produce irritation and swelling of the mouth and throat, acute vomiting and diarrhea.” T-shirts, Unique Gifts, Posters, Art and more! / At my ZAZZLE store Female Contemporary Art you can instantly create and customise my art to your own personal style. / / / > > My zazzle gallery has a premium range of gifts that are suitable for people of all ages and tastes: an eclectic collection of unusually imaginative, hip and sometimes beautiful designs. Kilcona Park is on the Northeast corner of The City of Winnipeg MB. I think this make a great photo for the Human & Nature Group not only because it has man-made things mixed with nature, but also because Kilcona Park is a retired landfill site turned back to nature. / Photo as is from my Canon Rebel XT(DSLR). / Taken on May 18th, 2009.
I am in another place, another when, not of this Earth, there are strange dark hills set against an utterly alien sky, it seems I can breath, I am still human. Something out there beckons, I don’t want to go, but I must find a way out. I am searching for the way, its just around this corner…...........and then I wake, but still for a little time I try to remember ….....but it fades and….is gone. But am I awake or am I still in this dream/nightmare.
The future city of Ringsview in winter, this is a view of the downtown core.
The view from 50 miles above the Earth.
The Vinardian reseach vessal “Brimoka” while taking visuals of the comet ” Ra’nak” was pulled into a space anomaly and after what seemed like months but really was just a few seconds was transported to the ” Quasar Galaxy” and into close proximity with the “Great Fire Nebula”. / The galaxy and nebula had until this event only been viewed though very powerfull telescopes. / But the greatest discovery was the deep space station “Babylon 2”. / Babylon 2 disappeared from its stationary orbit around Saturn at the time of the “Great Upheaval” of 3452 AA. At that time there was a number of “disruptions” in the space/time continuumn, whole planets were lost. / We could also mention here that the “Kraken” battle fleet, composing of some 3500 ships was “lost” at this time. / The “Brimoka” was able to chart the anomaly and so return to the Milky Way galaxy. / On Babylon 2 after a few months it was obvious they were here to stay, it was business as usual. ( Their story is a great read )They were lucky that 16 Alliance starships were pulled in with them, and a whole new section of the “Quasar Galaxy” was there to explore, many new alliances were formed with the many races living within the galaxy and nebula. Many great vids were made about the re-discovery.
Sorting through some of my old postcards the other day and ran across this one I picked up about 500 yrs ago. / If I remember correctly it was a fun place, and I think I bought this because it showed the two moons. / The city itself is flooded for most of the year, got in some great fishing and diving. / I wonder what it looks like today, might have to take a spacetrip. So many worlds to find and revisit, thats one thing about a long lifespan, I never run out of time.
After the end of the 2000 year war, Earth had all this armament laying around collecting rust, anyway someone in Alliance headquarters decided to take a couple of Mark XII battle platforms and set them up as monuments. / After some debate they chose the lower end of Manhattan, they just leveled a whole city block along the East River, no idea where they put the beings who lived there. Just another Manhattan Project. So there they sat for 10 years, accumulating rust, at least in space you did’nt have to look at it, then along comes this group wanting to paint everything with bright colors. / And paint it they did, and boy’ is it bright!.But still weapons of destruction, no amount of paint can cover that. My thinking on this is not popular, but luckily somebeings are still free thinkers, why do beings feel they have to glorify WAR, some say its to teach the young not to be warlike, my feeling is as long as we have “Monuments to War”, we’ll always have wars. / And of course its in the genes, humans are a warlike race, accept it and move on!
Legends abound of those lost gold mines in the mountains. Well’ this is the one I found.
