I just can’t seem to get off of this whole lollipop theme. I think it embodies the whole “magic of childhood” theme I am always reaching for. The girls certainly enjoyed modeling when I handed them the lollipops. LOL!!! Anyways, I wanted to create an atique-ish looking image, but still have a sort of fantasy / surreal look to it. I changed the girls photos to black and white, then added the color back in to give it a muted, vintage feel. This, not only looks beautiful as a print, but it makes a lovely “motivational” sort of greeting card for someone who either needs lifted up, encouraged, or congratulated. Thanks for checking this one out.
